She developed effective, highly visible promotions, using cutting edge and traditional marketing mediums that drove brand awareness and maximized top- and bottom-line growth. Terri has been regularly promoted to positions of greater responsibility and impact throughout her career, holding titles such as Director of Marketing, Director of Promotions and Senior Account Director.
Terri dramatically expanded her skill set and began facilitating C-level career transitions for clients in the US, Australia, Mexico and Puerto Rico in 2008. Since this jump she has conducted in-depth skill and goal analyses and delivered highly effective career strategy for executives who landed happily with organizations such as Apple, Gap, Inc, Aerojet Rocketdyne, Intel and other sought after companies.
A Managing Partner with ECP, Terri has helped to orchestrate a migration to Saleforce. She created and launched email marketing and social media marketing programs and relaunched the company brand.
A native of Michigan, Terri acquired her Bachelors of Business Administration with a minor in Communications from Western Michigan University. Terri enjoys kayaking, hiking and biking as well as spending time with her husband and two girls at the family cabin in the Collegiate Peaks area.
